Our last departure time is 1230 pm, so arrive by 12 to get checked in!

The security deposit is a $1500 Hold on any major credit card with the active funds available. This is to cover the cost of damages a customer may incure during their adventure.

 It will take up to 2 business days to see your deposit refunded. Depending on the bank, your refund could be pending for up to 7 days. 

  No. There are no full windshields in the vehicles. 

 Yes, the vehicles are Bluetooth- and ride-command-capable.  

We offer a discount for multi-day and multi-vehicle rentals.

 Yes. Helmets and eye protection are required when the vehicle is in motion.  

 Yes! However, the person listed for the booking must be present on the day to ride.  So make sure you put it under their name!

 No, we do not allow pets in the vehicles. The vehicles are open units and a pet can become a liabilty for customer safety and damage.
 

Along with the vehicle and recommended trail routes, we also include helmets, goggles, and bungees for bags or ice chests and one full tank of gas. We even offer ice chests if needed.

 Yes, we offer them in our shop for all rides. Give a gift card of any amount! Speak with our friendly staff to find gift certificates for ATV and SxS rentals in AZ. 

 Our team prioritizes providing safe ATV rentals AZ families can feel safe with. Therefore, the machines cannot go above 55 mph, as damage to the drive belt would occur at speeds above that. 

 Yes, All passengers must be 48" tall. No car seats. We require all riders to be able to sit with their backs against the seat, feet on the ground, and be able to reach the grab bar. No one under 18 in the driver seat!

 There are plenty of trails nearby, and each of our units has a navigation system with our recommended trails pre-programmed if you don't have one picked out! 

 All drivers must be 18 or older to drive the vehicle. 

 Yes, our vehicles are street-legal and road-ready.  No customer trailering!

 No, though we offer vehicle delivery within 100 miles of our location at an extra cost based on miles and fuel. (we do not deliver to Flagstaff, Sedona, or Wickenburg)

 3 days (72 Hours) or more in advance is a full refund.

 2 days (48 hours) is a 50% refund. 

24 hours or less is no refund. 

If we have to cancel your booking due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances on our end you will receive a full refund.  

There is no charge for changing your booking date at any time.
